Experience isn’t about the years. It’s about the experience. Solving problems in the real world with real people on the fly is square one. To that base, our producers add the full spectrum of talents including international production, deep familiarity with the ground rules of the entertainment biz, mobilizing talents across platforms, intimacy with comedic timing and stand-up. That’s what allows us to always look beyond the horizon for the uncharted human territory.

We’re CRUX. We don’t just approach each production differently. We approach production itself differently.

Doug Wedeck

Being innovative is always about taking risks. And wrangling the various risks of production has defined Doug’s career. Whether it’s putting together a collaborative team that includes digital content, social media and a comedy troupe, or finding that guy who can (and has!) taken on LeBron at horse and talking him into a can, Doug Wedeck has always been about nailing the right outcome. Doug finds the talent and integrates it across the media spectrum. While every production has its unique challenges, Doug knows the magic lies in how you deal with the unexpected.

John Caffera

"To produce in the world you have to know the world as it really is. Not as it is from your office window." That sense of the producing life as adventure has led John from the savannas of Kenya and Tanzania to the machine gun-guarded streets of Budapest as the Iron Curtin was falling. "At the surface, production is nuts and bolts," says John, "but to be a real producer you need the human skills, the empathy to understand the innate worth of every person along the chain." John’s unique niche in international production comes directly from his passion as a citizen of the world.

John Posimato

Imagine this. Your client is Microsoft. Your charge: help them successfully launch Windows 7. Your mission: faithfully recreate the company's "House Party" tradition. In other words, stage house parties to get feedback on the new product. But there's a catch. You have to produce six house party vignettes in two days. Six different looks. Using live actors. All to live on the MS House Party Website. Did we mention budget? No? Guess why. That's John Posimato's world. A world where, as he says, "producing is producing."
